LOOKLE.com (referred to herein as "LOOKLE")

Participation in the Donations System is subject to LOOKLE'S approval. LOOKLE reserves the right to refuse participation to any Charity or organisation at any time, at its sole discretion. LOOKLE may also include well recognised Charities without their direct knowledge, in good faith, anticipating the willingness of such Charities to accept donations as any legitimate Charity would.

SEARCH AND DONATE

Each listed Charity will receive the sum LOOKLE allocates to it as determined by the number of searches performed by users and resulting points conversion factor as set from time to time by LOOKLE. Payments will be made on a quarterly basis. The first payment falls due at the end of the second quarter after the first search is recorded and providing the organisation has accrued more than $50 from the system. If the organisation has accrued less than $50, the balance will be carried forward.

Payments will only be made to organisations that are registered charities and schools (approved school building funds), public hospitals, public universities, overseas aid funds, public libraries, museums and art galleries that are endorsed DGR's by the Australian Taxation Department operating within the Australian community. If an organisation is unable to provide proof of their DGR status, either at the time of applying for participation or when a payment is about to be made, then payments can not be made and monies accrued may be forfeited or allocated to another suitable organisation.

Amounts accrued shall be calculated solely based on records maintained by LOOKLE. No other measurements, calculations or statistics of any kind shall be accepted by LOOKLE. Independent Auditors may be appointed from time to time to verify the accuracy of the system.

LOOKLE shall not be liable for any payment based on any amounts which result from invalid queries, invalid clicks or any fraudulent activity, as reasonably determined by LOOKLE.

Users and/or third parties are strictly prohibited, either directly or indirectly from generating queries or clicks on any pages, search results, ads or links through any deceptive, fraudulent or other invalid means, including but not limited to repeated manual clicks, the use of robots or other automated query tools and/or computer generated search requests, and/or the unauthorised use of other search engine optimisation services and/or software.
